A Lychee Cocktail Perfect for Barbie Fans

This Barbie-inspired lychee cocktail plays off of Barbie’s iconic pink theme. J.F. Haden’s latest cocktail creation is a blend of J.F. Haden’s Lychee Liqueur, vodka, cranberry juice, fresh lime juice, and a splash of grenadine, plus a pink sugared rim that’s as pretty as it is delicious. Lychee has a delicate and exotic flavor profile that adds a tropical touch.

Barbie’s Lychee Dream Recipe

Ingredients:
2 ounces J.F. Haden’s Lychee Liqueur
1 ounce vodka
1/2 ounce cranberry juice
1/2 ounce fresh lime juice
Splash of grenadine
Pink sugar
Ice cubes

Instructions:
Line the rim of a chilled martini glass with pink sugar.
Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice cubes.
Add J.F. Haden’s Lychee Liqueur, vodka, cranberry juice, lime juice, and grenadine.
Shake the ingredients vigorously for about 15-20 seconds.
Strain the mixture into your chilled martini glass.
